Summer Strawberry Brioche Breakfast Recipe

While there haven’t been any studies specifically testing whether strawberries help with weight loss, these red berries are low in sugar and calories and high in soluble fibre and antioxidants making them a great addition to most weight-loss diets.

Serves: 1

Shopping & Ingredients List:

1 small Brioche Roll

100g Strawberries

1 tsp Stevia


1. Preheat the grill. Scoop out insides of brioche roll leaving a case. Lightly toast the brioche.

2. Add 4 tbsp water & 1 tsp stevia to a saucepan. Stir & add strawberries. Heat gently for 1 minute. Remove using a slotted spoon.

3. Pile strawberries into a brioche case & serve.

For a protein boost, you can add cottage cheese or some greek/protein yoghurt before topping with Strawberries.
