I am new to exercise is this the right plan for me?

These plans will be suitable for those who know the basics at the gym as well as advanced gym users.

 

Will this plan work for me? 

The 6 Week Santa Shred is designed to give everything needed in order to guarantee results. If anyone sticks to the plan and uses the support in the closed Facebook pages they will achieve a fantastic transformation.

 

Is there a diet I have to follow? 

It is not meal plan based as I find this too restrictive and often too unrealistic for long term. 


Everyones journey is different regarding their health and fitness transformation also. 

This is why I will use my fitness freedom eating formula to work out what is best for you.  

This could be a simple interchangeable meals template, calorie and protein targets to hit to even just simple portion control and intuitive eating.

I will deliver what works best for you but the outcome for you is to learn how to fuel your body, lose the weight and live a happy life with feelings of deprivation or restrictions.

Either way I have got your back on every angle. 

 

Do I need to go to the gym for this? 

No. Not only will I provide you with a home workouts if needed but also gym workout plans to those who can access a gym!

 

I have a holiday during will this be a problem?

Provided you make the right food choices whilst away there shouldn’t be a problem.
