Running can be a great type of exercise to burn calories, get some nice and quiet alone time to think, all while working your heart and lunges and enjoying the good outdoors.
It’s not everyone’s cup of Tea though and I do not blame you especially when it’s cold outside.
Cycling, dancing, boxing, Wii Fit or Playstation Move, dancing like on Tiktok, Geocaching (more on this soon) but also HIIT which is my favourite and personally, I think the best to do at home.
