When it comes to losing weight, the details don’t matter much. It’s the principles that count.
Every expert or diet guru will agree that there some fundamental principles of healthy weight loss that apply to everyone.
While I get that weight loss is not the same for everyone. Everyone has a different experience and journey individually.
Examples we all react differently, have different motives, insecurities, pain barriers and struggles while finding some things easier to grasp or harder to understand than others…
The truth is no matter how much diets or plans are disguised, flipped around or explained differently than others, these principles are at the core of every good diet plan or best selling book.
The reality is being no one achieves long term weight loss without obeying these principles, even if unconsciously.
But really the best diet plan will be the one which the rules you enjoy and can stick to.
If you do follow some principles, ones which are realistic and allow you to still enjoy your life while still eating the foods you enjoy. Then they will serve you well for the long term.
